Spaghetti Pie

  1. Break spaghetti in half.
  2. Cook in boiling, salted water; drain.
  3. While still warm, combine spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan.
  4. Pour into well-greased 10-inch plate; pat mixture up around sides.
  5. Melt butter; saute onion until limp.
  6. Stir in sour cream.
  7. Spoon over spaghetti.
  8. Remove sausage from casing; crumble and cook.
  9. Drain.
  10. Add tomato sauce and water.
  11. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon sausage on top.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  13. Add Mozzarella.
  14. Return to oven until melted.
