Three-Bean Salad

  1. Mix beans. Add pepper, onion, celery and pimento if desired. Mix remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour over vegetable mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours.
  4. Drain and serve.
  5. Salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
  6. Dressing ingredients may be varied to suit taste.
  7. Number of servings:
  8. 8-10.
