Garden Quiche

  1. Roll out pie pastry.
  2. Shape into 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Prick sides and bottom with fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Bake at 450u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Place half of the shredded cheese in pastry shell.
  7. Layer mushrooms on cheese, then onion and green pepper.
  8. Place eggs in bowl.
  9. Attach bowl and wire whip.
  10. On speed 4, whip for 2 minutes.
  11. Blend in cream, salt, parsley and hot pepper sauce.
  12. On speed 2, blend about 1 minute.
