Chili-Cheese Rounds

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Mix beans, onion and pepper sauce; set aside.
  3. Mix baking mix and sour cream until soft dough forms; beat 20 strokes.
  4. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured board. Knead 20 times.
  5. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cut with floured 2-inch cutter.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Press an indentation about 1 1/4 inches in diameter in center of each round with floured hands.
  9. Fill each with generous teaspoonful of bean mixture.
  10. Spread within indentation.
  11. Top with chilies and cheese. Bake until brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
