Chicken In Red Wine(Low-Fat Version)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place chicken in an ovenproof casserole.
  3. Top with onions and mushrooms.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cover and bake 1 hour.
  7. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
