Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 3 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips, melted
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate Drizzle (recipe follows)
- Heat oven to 300u0b0. In bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter. Press mixture on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. In large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk, then melted peanut butter chips until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Pour over crust. Bake 55 to 65 minutes, until set. Remove and cool completely. Remove from pan. Garnish with Chocolate Drizzle. Refrigerate.
