Quick Spaghetti And Meat Sauce

  1. Mix salt and pepper with meat; brown and drain.
  2. Add onion, celery and green pepper.
  3. Break uncooked spaghetti into 3 pieces and scatter over top of boiling meat and vegetable mixture.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons salt to tomatoes; pour over spaghetti.
  5. Press spaghetti under liquid.
  6. Cover skillet and bring to a boil, then turn heat to low to keep mixture simmering.
  7. Cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
