Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix Kalacs

  1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water in a cup until mixture foams up.
  2. Heat milk to lukewarm and add butter.
  3. Stir until melted and then add eggs.
  4. Mix well; add yeast mixture. Combine with flour mixture thoroughly; knead well.
  5. Form into a round mold and place in a greased bowl.
  6. Cover with a towel and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
  7. Roll out about 1/4-inch thick, spread with nut filling.
  8. Roll up, folding ends under. Place in a well-greased baking pan and brush top with beaten mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon milk.
  9. Cover and let rise for 1 hour in warm place.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 45 minutes.
