3 Layer Congealed Salad
- 2 boxes (3 oz. each) jello, different flavors
- 1/2 box (3 oz.) lemon jello
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 container of Cool Whip (8 oz.)
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- Prepare 1 flavor jello as package directions; pour in bowl and let congeal.
- Dissolve 1/2 pack of yellow jello in 1/4 cup boiling water.
- Dissolve marshmallows in other 1/4 cup boiling water.
- Mix cream cheese (softened) and mayonnaise; mix with yellow jello and dissolved marshmallows.
- Pour this mixture over first flavor; let congeal.
- When set, prepare other flavor of jello according to package directions.
- Pour over second layer and let set until firm.
- Before serving, spread Cool Whip on top.
