Cuban Pork Chops

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; rub spice mixture evenly over both sides of pork.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork, and cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer pork to a plate, and keep warm.
  3. Coat pan with cooking spray; add banana and garlic, and saute 1 minute. Stir in lime rind and juice; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Place pork chops on plates; spoon banana mixture over pork.
