Fresh Spinach Salad

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Set aside until ready to use.
  2. Wash and pat dry spinach; tear into bite sized pieces and place in refrigerator to keep crisp.
  3. Fry bacon, drain, let cool and then crumble.
  4. Chop hard-cooked eggs. Combine bacon and eggs.
  5. Arrange the spinach in a large salad bowl.
  6. Pour dressing over spinach leaves and tip with crumbled bacon and chopped eggs.
  7. Serves 4 to 6 people.
