Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven
  2. to
  3. 400u0b0. Grease a small baking dish with oleo. Wash
  4. tomatoes
  5. and
  6. remove
  7. stems and pulp, leaving 1/4 inch shells.
  8. Chop removed pulp and beat in butter with onion, green pepper
  9. and parsley, about 3 minutes.
  10. Add bread crumbs, meat, salt
  11. and
  12. pepper.
  13. Stuff tomato shells with mixture and place in baking
  14. dish.
  15. Bake at 350u0b0 about 20 minutes.
  16. Brush tomato shells with oleo when half baked.
