Blueberry-Orange Bread

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes or until cereal softens.
  2. Stir in flour and next 6 ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter into a greased 9- x 5-inch loafpan.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until a long wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack 10 to 15 minutes; remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack.
