Lighter Deli Sandwiches

  1. Divide mustard among rolls and spread evenly; top with layers of ham, turkey and cheese.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until blended. Add lettuce, tomatoes and pepperoncini. Toss well and divide among sandwiches. Place top half of rolls on sandwiches. Cut in half, if desired, and serve.
