Festive Refrigerator Fruit Cake

• 1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
• 16 marshmallows, finely cut
• 3 Tbsp. orange juice
• 4 doz. graham crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp. cloves
• 1/2 c. dates, cut fine
• 1 c. raisins
• 3/4 c. English walnuts
• 1/3 c. candied pineapple
• 2 Tbsp. candied orange peel
• maraschino cherries (small bottle)

1. Put

3. milk, marshmallows and orange juice in a bowl and let
4. stand until needed.
5. Put graham cracker crumbs into a large bowl.
6. Addtinnamon,
7. nutmeg,
8. cloves, dates, raisins, English walnuts,
9. candied
10. pineapple, candied orange peel and cherries. Add milk mixture.
11. Mix with spoon, then hands until crumbstre moistened.tress firmly into pan lined with waxed paper.
12. Top with fruit and nuts.
13. Cover tightly.
14. Chill for 2 days before slicing.
