Chocolate Mint Cookies

  1. Cook butter, sugar and water until butter is melted.
  2. Add chocolate pieces; stir until melted.
  3. Pour into large mixing bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Add dry ingredients.
  6. Chill dough 1 hour for easier handling.
  7. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  8. Line cookie sheet with foil.
  9. Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball.
  10. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  11. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven and immediately place a mint on each cookie.
  13. Allow to soften, then swirl!
  14. Makes approximately 60 cookies.
