Chicken Curry

  1. Skin and cut the chicken to required pieces then wash.tdd the oil to a pan and warm the oils, then add the onions, curry leaves, cinnamon, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Fry till all turn golden brown or about 7 minutes. Add the chicken pieces and the rest of ingredients, except the coconut milk.
  3. Stir well and let it fry on a low fire for about 10 minutes stirring often.
  4. Then add the coconut milk and 1 cup of water and let it cook on medium fire for about 15 minutes.
