Zesty Snack Mix

• 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
• 4 T Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 T seasoned salt
• 1 t garlic powder
• 1 t onion powder
• 1/2 t celery salt
• 1/4 t cayenne pepper (optional)
• 3 C Corn Chex cereal
• 3 C Wheat Chex cereal
• 3 C Rice Chex cereal
• 1 c mixed nuts
• 1 c pretzels (small round ones or pretzel sticks)

1. Melt butter in microwave; add seasonings and stir until blended.
2. Pour half of butter mixture into large roasting pan.
3. Add cereals, nuts and pretzels; stir until coated.
4. Add remaining butter mixture and stir again until all pieces are coated.
5. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
6. Stir frequently to ensure that all pieces are baked.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
8. Stir in airtight container.
9. Yield:
10. 12 cups.
