Sea King Dinner

  1. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Add the chopped green pepper, onion and celery; saute until tender.
  3. Stir in the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt.
  4. Add the milk.
  5. Cook, stirring until thick.
  6. Stir in the frozen soup.
