Sea King Dinner
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. each, chopped: green pepper, onion and celery
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) can frozen cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can lobster, cut up
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and boned
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 2-quart saucepan.
- Add the chopped green pepper, onion and celery; saute until tender.
- Stir in the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt.
- Add the milk.
- Cook, stirring until thick.
- Stir in the frozen soup.
