Grecian-Style Chicken

  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken.
  2. Place wheat germ in small bowl; coat chicken with wheat germ.
  3. In large skillet, cook chicken, uncovered, in 1 tablespoon hot oil over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
  5. In same skillet, cook zucchini, green pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in remaining hot oil for 3 minutes. Add water; cook 1 minute more.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in lime or lemon juices and tomato wedges.
