Waffled Cookie Brownies
- 1 (18.4-oz.) pkg. brownie mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 large eggs
- Cooking spray
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Caramel syrup
- Preheat waffle iron to medium-low. Whisk together brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup brownie batter into each quadrant of waffle iron; crumble 1 to 2 tablespoons cookie dough over surface of brownie batter. Close waffle iron and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes.
- Using oven mits, carefully invert hot brownies onto a cutting board. Repeat with remaining brownie batter and cookie dough. Serve warm topped with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup and caramel syrup.
