Low-Fat Pasta And Red Peppers

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and oil. Drain.
  2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine. Heat on medium-high until margarine melts.
  3. Add pepper, onions and garlic.
  4. Saute until tender.
  5. Stir in Italian dressing; cook until heated.
  6. Add pasta, tossing gently, just until mixture is thoroughly heated.
  7. Season with black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. I sometimes add sliced grilled chicken breasts and cooked turkey Italian sausage.
  9. Great meal!
