Ham And Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups
- 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn or whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
- 10 fat-free flour tortillas (6 to 8 inches in diameter)
- 10 slices (1 ounce each) deli fully-cooked ham
- Cilantro sprig, if desired
