Coffee Pecan Cake

  1. In a bowl, beat sugar and egg yolks until light.
  2. Gently fold in nuts and bread crumbs, then stir in coffee.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into mixture.
  4. Pour into round cake form and bake in a preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until well risen and firm to touch.
  5. Cool on wire rack.
