All Day Crock-Pot Delight

  1. Dredge beef in flour, mixed with celery seed, pepper and salt. Place the onions in the crock-pot.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef in the oil.
  3. Transfer to the crock-pot.
  4. Add the garlic powder.
  5. Mix together the broth, honey, vinegar and browning sauce.
  6. Pour into the hot skillet and stir to get all browned bits.
  7. Pour mixture over the beef and onions. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. really good over noodles or rice.
