Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Melt
  2. 1/4 stick margarine and add all ingredients except 1/4 stick
  3. margarine and cornflakes.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Put in baking dish. Melt
  6. second
  7. 1/4
  8. stick
  9. of margarine.
  10. Add cornflakes. Stir. Spread cornflake mixture on top.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes at 350u0b0. May
  12. add
  13. sliced
  14. mushrooms
  15. to top of casserole, during last
  16. 10 minutes
  17. of baking time.
  18. Saute mushrooms in a little butter, for a few minutes beforehand.
