Venita'S Enchiladas
- 2 lb. hamburger, turkey or chicken
- 1 pkg. taco or enchilada seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- onion, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 12 corn or flour tortillas
- green chilies, chopped
- Brown meat, onion, seasoning package, garlic powder and chili powder all together; drain and set aside.
- Mix together enchilada sauce, mushroom soup and tomato soup.
- Heat on low fire; simmer and stir with wire whisk.
- Put 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce in bottom of pan; dip tortillas in sauce, then add meat and cheese, then roll and lay in pan.
- Add green chilies and extra cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
