Pork Chops L'Orange

  1. Trim fat from chops.
  2. Render fat in frying pan and remove. Season chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Brown in fat in pan; cover, reduce heat and cook until tender.
  4. In the meantime, combine remaining ingredients (except orange slices) in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until partially thickened.
  5. Add the orange slices to sauce and continue simmering until sauce is thickened and orange slices are glazed.
  6. To serve, place an orange slice on each chop and spoon sauce over it.
