Hershey'S Kiss Brownies
- 1 c. butter
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
- Hershey's Kisses
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spray miniature muffin cups with nonstick spray.
- Melt butter over medium low heat.
- Add chips, stirring until melted.
- Remove from heat, stir in sugar and vanilla until blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, stirring briskly until each is incorporated.
- Gradually stir in the flour until blended; add nuts.
- Fill cups 3/4 full.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
- Do not overbake, centers should be moist.
- Place Hershey's Kiss on each brownie as soon as removed from oven.
- Let cool in pans 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from pans and cool on racks.
- Makes 5 dozen.
