Beef With Sour Cream

  1. Remove bone and fat from steak.
  2. Cut into thin strips.
  3. Dredge in flour.
  4. Brown in large skillet.
  5. In hot oil, add onion, broth, thyme and liquid from mushrooms.
  6. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
  7. Add mushrooms and peas; cover.
  8. Cook 7 minutes.
  9. Stir in sour cream.
  10. Heat but do not boil.
  11. Serve over hot fluffy rice.
  12. Garnish with pimentos.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
