Roman Holiday

  1. Cook spaghetti until tender; rinse in cold water.
  2. Saute onions in oil until clear.
  3. Add chopped chilies.
  4. Add meat (sausage and beef mixed) slowly; cook until browned.
  5. Add soup, corn, olives and mushrooms.
  6. Use all liquids.
  7. Cook together until all ingredients are well blended.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add 1/2 of the cheese, grated.
  10. Mix with spaghetti.
  11. Pour the mixture into large baking dishes.
  12. Top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  13. This recipe makes enough to feed the entire church (if Eddy's out of town).
  14. I'm exaggerating, but it does make lots!
