Beef And Green Peppers(International Cuisine Japanese)

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil at high heat.
  2. Saute green pepper slices.
  3. Sprinkle on 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon Accent. Fry 2 minutes, then remove to a platter.
  4. Fry pieces of meat in small amounts until medium rare (2 to 3 minutes).
  5. Add vegetables to meat and mix well.
  6. Add 2 cups water and 4 teaspoons soy sauce to 6 teaspoons cornstarch.
  7. Pour over beef and vegetables.
  8. Stir until thick.
  9. Serve over plain white rice.
  10. Serves four people.
