Pineapple Pound Cake

  1. Combine shortening, butter and sugar; cream until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Combine flour and baking powder; add

  10. crushed pineapple.
  11. Pour batter into well-greased and floured
  12. 10-inch tube pan.
  13. Place in a cold oven; bake in a

  15. for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
  16. Cool in

  21. minutes.
  22. Invert
  23. onto serving plate; drizzle Pineapple Glaze over top and sides.
