Mexican Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
- container sour cream
- bag shredded Cheddar cheese
- green onions
- 1/4 tsp. oregano (if desired)
- 16 oz. jar Chi Chi's salsa
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. water
- Mix ground beef (uncooked), taco seasoning and refried beans together.
- If adding oregano, add into this mixture.
- In a baking pan, put a layer of lasagna noodles on the bottom. Top with layer of meat. Make three layers, ending with meat.
- Mix salsa and water together and pour over top of last layer.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour on 350u0b0.
- Spread sour cream and Cheddar cheese over the top. Then put a few chopped green onions on top.
- Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted (uncovered).
- Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
