Hawaiian Pineapple Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Stir in nuts.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; mix well.
  5. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from pans and let cool on a wire rack.
