Kraut Balls

  1. Mix eggs and milk together.
  2. Cook sausage and onion until brown.
  3. Drain.
  4. Mix well with kraut and 4 tablespoons cracker crumbs.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic and pepper.
  7. Mix well and stir in sausage mixture. Chill.
  8. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
  9. Roll balls into flour.
  10. Dip in egg mixture.
  11. Roll in cracker crumbs.
  12. Deep fry until golden brown; drain.
  13. Place in pan.
  14. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
