Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Pour vegetable oil in skillet; heat on low heat.
  2. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge pork chops in flour until well coated on both sides.
  4. Place in skillet and brown on both sides.
  5. Remove pork chops and saute onions and bell pepper in drippings.
  6. Remove skillet from heat.
  7. Place pork chops in skillet.
  8. Place onions and bell pepper over pork chops.
  9. Mix nectar and remaining ingredients.
  10. Pour over pork chops and place on stove.
  11. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
