Microwave Quick Fudge

  1. Place sugar in an

  6. 2-inch micro-proof glass dish. Measure cocoa and add to confectioners sugar.
  7. Mix well together using a wooden spoon.
  8. Measure milk; add to sugar-cocoa mix. Blend all together using wooden spoon.
  9. Place butter on top using whole
  10. stick cut into squares.
  11. Heat in microwave oven on Full power
  12. 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
  13. Stir together with wooden
  14. spoon until well mixed.
  15. Measure vanilla and nuts and add to other mixture.
  16. Place fudge in freezer 20 minutes or refrigerator
  17. 1
  18. hour.
  19. Cut
  20. into
  21. 1-inch
  22. squares. Store in airtight container. Makes 4 to 5 dozen pieces.
