Enchilada Casserole

  1. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic.
  2. Simmer all but the last 5 ingredients for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup taco sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Lay enough tortillas to cover sauce and then cover tortillas with 1/2 cup taco sauce.
  5. Add beef mixture and top with sour cream, corn and half of the cheese.
  6. Top with a layer of tortillas.
  7. Cover with remaining taco sauce and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes. You can freeze this. Enjoy.
