Little Italy Sausage Sandwiches

  3. Cook sausage and onions in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes, or until sausage is no longer pink in centers and onions are tender. Stir in tomato paste and water until well blended.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Toss salad greens with dressing in medium bowl; spoon evenly onto bottom halves of rolls. Cover with the sausage mixture and top halves of rolls.
