Sheet Pan Cobb Salad Pizza
- 1 pound fresh pizza dough
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup pitted black olives, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 6 ounce thick-sliced deli ham, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
- 1 (9-oz.) package prepared grilled chicken, warmed
- 3 tablespoons prepared blue cheese dressing
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- Let dough rest, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 500u0b0F.
- In a large bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, ham, and 1 tablespoon oil; toss gently to coat.
- Press dough along the bottom of a 13- x 9-inch half sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Pierce dough all over with a fork. Bake at 500u0b0 for 5-7 minutes.
- Brush remaining 2 Tablespoons oil on crust; sprinkle surface evenly with minced garlic. Top evenly with shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
- Top pizza with lettuce mixture, crumbled bacon, and chicken. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing; sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired.
