Trio Of Sauteed Mushrooms

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and garlic; saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add wine; cook, covered, 2 minutes. Uncover and cook 2 additional minutes or until liquid evaporates. Sprinkle mushroom mixture with thyme, salt, and pepper; toss well. Serve immediately.
