Mexican Turkey Cutlets With Fresh Salsa

  1. Coarsely chop green onions and red pepper.
  2. Combine in small bowl with chilies and liquid, 3 tablespoons oil and pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. In a bowl, beat egg with 1 tablespoon oil, garlic and spices.
  4. Place chips on waxed paper.
  5. Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then chips.
  6. Brown cutlets in 2 tablespoons hot oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve with salsa.
