Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

  1. In a small bowl, place milk and egg.
  2. Mix together with fork by beating slightly.
  3. On a piece of wax paper, place potato chip crumbs and mix with thyme and pepper.
  4. Line shallow baking pan with foil and spray with vegetable cooking spray.
  5. Dip each nugget of chicken in egg-milk mixture, then roll in seasoned chip crumbs. Arrange in a single layer on foil lined baking pan.
  6. Repeat until all nuggets are arranged in pan.
  7. Let sit 15 minutes.
  8. Drizzle melted margarine over nuggets and place in a 425u0b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until nuggets are brown and crisp and fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
