Super Nacho

  1. In a large skillet, cook meat until browned; drain.
  2. Add seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is cooked and flavors have blended. Set aside.
  3. Spread bean dip to cover bottom of a 12 to 14-inch pizza pan.
  4. Sprinkle with cheeses. Top with the meat mixture, then sprinkle with chilies.
  5. Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and brown.
  6. Around edge of pan, arrange a border of lettuce, then tomatoes, then tortilla chips.
  7. Place mound of guacamole topped with sour cream in center.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
