Apple Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix milk, apple juice, egg whites and oil in bowl or blender.
  3. Add dry ingredients to mix.
  4. Add chopped apple.
  5. Line the muffin pans with baking cups and fill with batter.
  6. Bake in 425u0b0 oven for 17 minutes.
  7. After cooling, store in a large plastic bag to retain moisture and softness.
  8. Freezes well for use later.
