Ezekiel'S Bread(Ezekiel 4:9)
- 8 c. wheat flour
- 2 c. soy bean flour
- 1/2 c. millet flour
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 c. barley flour
- 1 c. cooked and mashed lentils
- 1/4 c. rye flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast, in 1/2 c. warm water
- Dissolve the yeast in the water; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix the other ingredients.
- Blend lentils, oil and small amounts of water in blender; place into large mixing bowl with remaining water.
- Stir in 2 cups of mixed flour.
- Place on floured bread board; knead until smooth.
- Put in oiled bowl.
- Let rise until double in bulk.
- Knead again.
- Cut dough and shape into loaves. Place in greased pans.
- Let rise.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Yields 4 loaves.
