Chocolate Eclair Delight

  1. Line

  5. dish
  6. with
  7. graham
  8. crackers (lengthwise).
  9. (It will probably
  10. take
  11. 2 full graham crackers and 1/2 graham cracker per row,
  12. and
  13. I
  14. usually
  15. have
  16. three rows.) Mix vanilla pudding with milk
  17. (I use skim milk).
  18. When thoroughly mixed, blend in the Cool Whip thoroughly.
  19. Pour 1/2 the vanilla/Cool Whip mixture over
  20. the graham crackers in the pan; put another layer of graham
  21. crackers just like the first layer over the pudding/Cool Whip
  22. mixture,
  23. and
  24. then pour the remaining pudding/Cool Whip mixture
  25. over
  26. the second layer of graham crackers.
  27. On top of
  28. the
  29. second layer of pudding/Cool Whip mixture, put another layer of graham crackers.
