Lazy Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 c. cocktail vegetable juice
- 2 (4 oz.) cans Green Giant mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles (uncooked)
- 16 oz. carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- parsley flakes (if desired)
- In large saucepan, brown ground beef, onions and garlic; drain. Stir in vegetable juice, mushrooms, tomato paste and seasoning. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
