Stuffed Manicotti

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water.
  2. Gently drain and remove from water.
  3. Don't overcook or they will split and fall apart. Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley, sugar, egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  4. Fill shells with this mixture.
  5. Brown ground beef with remaining salt and pepper.
  6. Drain.
  7. Add garlic, spaghetti sauce and water.
  8. Simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Cool.
  10. Pour 1/2 sauce mixture in baking dish; top with filled shells.
  11. Pour remaining sauce over all.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes in a 400u0b0 oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan about 5 minutes before done.
  13. Serves 6.
